I have spent nearly three decades on one problem: why capable firms stay invisible to the buyers who would pay them well, and how to fix it with a system instead of more scattered tactics.

The Conversion Ecosystem is the framework that came out of that work. It has been tested, broken, rebuilt, and refined across hundreds of engagements and dozens of industries — recruiting and staffing firms, accounting firms, law firms, and clinics. Every concept in the series comes from real client work, not theory.

I come at marketing from an unusual angle. Alongside the strategy side, I have a development background, so I tend to see marketing the way an engineer sees a system: as components that either connect and compound, or sit in isolation and leak. That lens is the whole reason the ecosystem is built as a dependency chain rather than a list of tactics.

My agency is built entirely on the Conversion Ecosystem. I work with B2B service firms that want to stop depending on referrals and a short sales window, and start building something that produces predictable, compounding growth.
